Yoga for Beginners. (Bounds Green) An 8 week course from February 2nd– March 23rd 2009. An excellent introduction to people who have never done any Yoga before.
British Wheel of Yoga: Ayurveda Module An in depth look at the Basic principles of Ayurveda and how it can help promote health and wellbeing. 8 days over 6 months. Ideal for Yoga practitioners with at least 6 months experience. Starting October 2009.
